Soccer and a Daycation!

July has proved to be a very warm, busy and fun month for us so far! Amaya started soccer, loves it and does very well, she has even kicked some goals! On the 16th we took a "daycation" to the San Juan Islands and spent the day in Friday Harbor, it was really pretty and we had a great time. We took the kids to look at the Alpacas, enjoyed some free music in the park, and ate some delicious seafood.

Sun, Fun and Fireworks!!

We had some wonderful real summer weather this past week and luckily it fell on my 6 day off stretch so the kids and I made the most of every day and spent lots of time in the sun, at the beach, water play, picnicing, of course celebrating the 4th of July. It has been wonderfully warm here the past couple weeks and the kids are loving the water play! Here are a couple pics that Cate took over at Renee's this week.

Good Times With Mema and Papa

Mema and Papa drove all the way from FL (again!) to come visit. We really were luck and the weather was beautiful! We went on an Argossy Lake Washington crusie and to the zoo, as well as parks and picnics and just playing all day long. We miss them already, wish they lived closer. Tyson is constantly asking for "Papa" and going to the guest room and Amaya cried when they left, but already talks about visiting them next year. Enjoy the pics!!
