Eggcellent Day!

Today was our annual Easter Egg Hunt and it was a PERFECT day! Beautiful weather, warm (well 60ish but hey we'll take it!), and best of all dry :) The kids had so much fun! Amaya knew the drill and scored a ton of eggs, Tyson got the hang of it pretty quickly.

I took the kids to the Seattle Aquarium on Tuesday, totally forgot that Spring Break was in full swing, so it was packed, but we lived in the moment and had a great time. Tyson loved touching the creatures in the tide pools and was yelling like a maniac at the sea lions and otters! We also watched them feed the octopus (see video below) and that was awesome!

A Day In The Park

Today was beautiful (but COLD!) so the kids and I ventured out to another park, we had a great time. Mamma is here for a visit too, so that is fun :)

We are still getting settled and unpacking the house (pics to come soon!). We are very close to Juanita Beach so the kids and I went to play and walk around the lake the other day.

Amaya has been wanting this book for a long while now, so she did a week of chores (picking up her room and the living room and putting her clothes away, so today we went and got the book. She read it twice already :)

Playhouse Disney Live!!

On Saturday we took the kids into Seattle and went to Playhouse Disney Live and wow did they love it!! Amaya was signing along the entire time and her eyes were glued to the stage. Tyson was dancing and yelling for Mickey Mouse. It was a lot of fun. After the show, Amaya chose sushi for dinner, so we went to Todai.
